"We ordered a vehicle to collect 5 people. This was confirmed but when the driver turned up it was in a normal car, he was unaware that we requested a larger vehicle. My husband was thankfully able to get a lift home with some other party guests. For this reason I'd be very wary of using this service again. Just wanted to add.... Our driver was lovely despite this error. "

"Beware!! If you cancel they will only refund 10%of your money and if you do get a refund you have to call them many many times to get it. The taxi company who took my Mum and her friends to her birthday bash were brilliant. Taxicode however took my 90 year old Mum's money and would not refund for a long time, it was over £200. Never use them again."
